If you have verified errors on your PM-Kisan status page and need official assistance, you should only reach out through verified government channels. Below is the list of official helpdesk details.
Do not share sensitive details
Official government officers will never ask for your Aadhaar card photo, bank OTP, or online transaction password over phone or email. This independent blog has no helpdesk and does not collect any of your details.
1. Central Helpdesk Telephone Numbers
The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare maintains central telephone lines for resolving registration and payment difficulties. Note that these lines may be busy during business hours.

2. Official Email Address
For written complaints regarding pending verification, land seeding discrepancies, or DBT errors, you can email the official central team. Please include your registration number, full name, and registered state in the email details, but **never attach OTPs or bank passwords**.

3. Offline Help Desks (Recommended)
Most status and land errors require verification by state revenue departments, which cannot be completed at the central level. Visiting local physical nodes is often the fastest way to get things resolved.
- Block Agriculture Officer (BAO): Located at your block headquarters, they can initiate status correction files.
- Lekhpal / Patwari (Revenue Officer): Responsible for verification of land records and land seeding updates.
- Common Service Centres (CSCs): Government-authorized centers that can assist with eKYC registration, updates, and biometric authentication for a nominal service fee.
